Music+yoga+calisthenics+dance = FLOWGA
I call my park workouts these days Flowga. Different days I may lean towards one aspect of my Flowga more than others. During the weekdays I tend to have a day that is yoga heavy….
….and another day that is calisthenics heavy….
while on Sunday I tend to lean more towards dance and just play with some capoeira moves.
But all of these workouts are currently very loose and based on whatever I feel like that day. On this site I am compiling a list of the components that I have incorporated or want to work on.
